B, Bracken: Referring to Mr. Charles Adams1 letter dated November 21, 1952, file LV-26, relative to amount of 1952 taxes to be collected from various persons who are purchasing property from the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Las Vegas, Nevada: Please investigate and advise as promptly as possible whether these amounts should be billed to the various persons listed in the letter referred to above, or if the amounts should be added to the purchasers' accounts.
