H* Oarr and Louise L, Carr, his wife, of 1920 Fremont Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering the installation for approximately 185 foot of 6" oast iron water main to serve the Purple Sage Motel, owned and operated by Mr* and Mrs, Oar at the above address and hereinafter called "owners"* the location of the proposed water line is as follows* Commencing at & oonneotion with existing 6** o&st iron water main in Fremont Avenue at & point approxi­mately teO feet south easterly of the east line of Bruo# Street thence continuing south easterly approxi­mately 1<'5 feet south easterly in Fremont Avenue* Owners agree* 1* At their own expense to furnish all neoes-sary materials and labor and to construct approximately 18$ lineal feet of 6a c&st iron water main for the agreed sum of $852*50* 2. S&id water main shall be constructed of 6" oast iron pipe and shall be in accordance with A W A specifications* All joints shall be of cement and all pipe shall be new B & 8 oast Iron, equal to AlfllA Glass 150, and all valve boxes shall be of oast iron of appropriate si?.e for each valve* Unless otherwise approved by a duly author!std representative of the Company, all pipes, valves and fittings shall b® manufactured by Pacific States w&at Iron Pipe Qomp&ny or Mueller Company* All pipe lints shall he chlorinated in MoesnlaMto with A W A specifications, shall be subject to the approval and acceptance of State and City Health Authorities, and shall be construeted at an eleva­tion to be designated by a duly authorised repre­sentative of the Company, but in ft# event shall there be less than 3b" of covering over such water dai ns* All workmanship, material and the Installa­tion if said water main shall be subject to the approval and acceptance by a duly authorised repre­sentative of the Company*
