The value of these advertisements for our particu- lar purposes appears to me to be very questionable. Supplementing my call to you from New York last Thursday afternoon, we have heard nothing further from Ir, Tiernan, of Wallace and Tiernan. The bakery engineers are having a national meeting in Chicago this week. Mr. Tiernan stated that he was attending this meeting. Bert Jassoy and Harry Bailey left for Chicago Saturday to attend the meeting, and inasmuch as Mr. Jassoy knows Mr. Tiernan through attendance at these meetings in the past, we propose to con- tinue our efforts to come to some understanding with Wallace & Tiernan this week. However, we have about concluded that it will take so long to do business with Wallace & Tiernan that we should go ahead with the use of the name "Angelita", calling the product "Angelita's Bread?╟Ñ.
