JRJ Productions, Inc. 835 North Orlando Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90069 November 7, 1983 Mr. Rudolph H. Funke Counsellor at Law 1345 Avenue of the Americas New York, NY 10105 Re: El Casino French Revue Dear Mr. Funke: Enclosed please find: 1. Two copies of the Producer's agreement between Princess Casinos Limited and JRJ Productions, Inc. Mr. Zabatta and I have agreed on a few changes in the agreement, which I have handwritten and initialed. If everything is satisfactory, please return a signed and initialed copy to me. 2. Under category "C" of page four of the above mentioned agreement, specific individuals of the production staff are listed. I'm enclosing a sample agreement to be used for the following: assistant scenery designer (no. 9), costume designer (no. 10), assistant costume designer (no. 11), 3 wardrobe fitters (no. 12), assistant lighting director (no. 14), assistant choreographer (no. 16), and assistant to producer (no. 18). In regards to the 3 wardrobe fitters (no. 12), there will be one agreement with Dena Chatham Productions (a costume shop), which, in turn, will supply the 3 fitters. (However, if you prefer, there can be three individual agreements, one with each fitter.) The scenery designer (no. 8) and the lighting director (no. 13) will be drafting their own agreements, which they will submit. I have been informed that the company manager (no. 17) will be Lou Sidler (Sp.2#|) who was the company manager with the former show in the El Casino theatre. Since he lives in Freeport and will remain with the show, I assume that he will be contracted directly by the "Princess" in Freeport without my involvement. Item no. 15, rehearsal salaries, will be covered in the individual agreements with each cast member. I have obtained an agreement form which we used for contracting cast members for the "Folies-Bergeres" at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas. I will base the El Casino cast agreements on this form and will send you a copy for consideration and modification in the near future.
