J. will hold their annual dinner this year on April 19th, 1969 in our Church Hall and have selected as their thermuA NIGHT IN LAS VEGAS", with approximately 350 people attending. Of course, you can fully understand since they have chosen "A NIGHT IN LAS VEGAS" as the theme of the affair, all decorations will be strictly Las Vegas ?√ßDecor. We were wondering at this time if you would be kind enough to donate and forward to us for the occasion, various posters, pictures, etc. to har\j on our church hall walls depicting your hotel and various other places of entertainment of Las Vegas. We would also like to know if you can forward to us various favors, such as matchbooks, * pencils, napkins, etc.., or whatever for our guests which would certainly add to our Las Vegas decor and help make the affair a success.
