After the old roofing paper eas removed It was noted that the sheathing on the south side sae In suoh bad oondltlon that It would not hold the roofing nails. Oontraot provides renewal of (leaking will be made althsr by owners foroes or by oontraot or at ooet plus 10£. To renew the entire sheathing would run to considerable ooet besides the difficulty In securing this new lumber, as a solution I think It would be best to apply an additional odating of paper per speolfloatlons.
