On motion duly made and seconded. It was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering lease agreement, N. L. D. 583, dated September 12, 1939, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Francesca G-raglia, Lessee, covering site for signboard, near Intersection of Clark Avenue and North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; for term beginning August 1, 1939, and extending to August 1, 1940; rental $30.00 per annum, payable in advance; subject to .termination b y Lessor upon ten days' written notice, b e , a n d t h e same i s h e r e b y , r a t i f i e d , a p p r o v e d a n d c o n f i r m e d . On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering rider, Audit No. 9092-2, dated September 18, 1939, extending to November 30, 1940, term of lease agreement, Audit No. 9092, expiring November 30, 1939, favor H. Alpert, A. Alpert and M.. Alpert, co-partners doing business under the firm name of Alpert & Alpert Junk Company, covering site for the storage and distribution of junk materials, located at Mission Road and -20-
