On motion duly made and seconded. It was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing and delivering lease agreement, N. L. D. 583, dated September 12, 1939, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Francesca G-raglia, Lessee, covering site for signboard, near Intersection of Clark Avenue and North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; for term beginning August 1, 1939, and extending to August 1, 1940; rental $30.00 per annum, payable in advance; subject to .termination b y Lessor upon ten days' written notice, b e , a n d t h e same i s h e r e b y , r a t i f i e d , a p p r o v e d a n d c o n f i r m e d .
