Assist with the registering of all persons attending the World Congress of Flight. 2. Assist the registration personnel in keeping the REGISTRATION DESK supplied with registration materials. 3. Collect the registration cards processed and deliver these cards to Herbert Kalish, in the MIMEOGRAPH ROOM (ROOM 5) for roster preparation. A. Distribute registration rosters throughout the registration area and to exhibiting companies. Two steps are followed in registering persons for the World Congress: 1. In advance: AFA Headquarters will process all advance registrations, except for issuing the tickets and credentials when the World Congress opens. Each person registered in advance has been mailed a receipt, which is to be presented at the ADVANCE REGISTRATION DESK in the Convention Center upon arrival in Las Vegas. ' 2. During the World Congress: Persons not registered in advance may register for the World Congress at the CURRENT REGISTRATION DESK in the lobby of the Convention Center. Persons will be registered as long as they can be accom- modated in the meeting and function rooms. Both the ADVANCE and CURRENT REGISTRATION DESKS will be staffed with professional personnel provided by Las Vegas Convention Bureau. Miss Dorothy Flanagan, a membercf the AFA Headquarters staff, will supervise the processing of registrations. The REGISTRATION COMMITTEE is to keep the REGISTRATION DESKS supplied with the registration materials required. Both the CURRENT and ADVANCE REGISTRATION DESKS will be open daily, beginning Saturday, April 11, through Friday, April 17, as follows: SATURDAY - APRIL 11 - 12:00 N - 5:00 PM SUNDAY - APRIL 12 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM MONDAY - APRIL 13 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM TUESDAY - APRIL 14 - 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM WEDNESDAY - APRIL 15 - 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM THURSDAY - APRIL 16 - 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM FRIDAY - APRIL 17 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
