I have written Judge Cornish concerning same, but so far have received no instructions o f any kind as to the organization o f a separate company to handle the lands, or indeed as to anything concerning them. I hop© the p arties in in terest w ill take action shortly, which w ill enable us to take appropriate steps to get the land on the market, as there is no doubt a great demand for them and there is nothing lik e taking the tide at it s flood in matters o f this kind.
