The Sands will provide: A. 350 rooms for Saturday night June 28, 1969. Generally these rooms will be of the same type and price. B. 650 round-trip airplane fares, in the most economical c^jfss, between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. C. Dinner for 650 guests in the Grandpall Room on Saturday evening June 28th. D. A cocktail party for 50 guests who are to be the award recipients, presentors, and City of Hope officials. E. Complimentary accommodations for 40 athletes, presentors, and entertainers who you will use on the show. Also complimenta&y accommodations for 3 staff members which will also be used as work rooms. This will be on a complimentary .fcassbasis for a maximum of 4 days. F. A Copa Room dinner and show for athletes, V.I.P.'s and presentors up to 50 people.
