A Las R-2 Vegas - July 3. 1953 Please refer to my letters dated February 6 , 1953, March 24, 1953 and your letter to me dated April 13, 1953, relative to construction of a spur track and determination of top of rail elevations to serve a building now under construction on M s property, adjacent to the easterly side of main track and southerly from Opaca Lumber Co., Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Tiberti was in the office again today requesting advice as to when the Railroad Company could furnish information as to the top of rail elevations on a spur track which would be constructed in the rear of his proposed building along the easterly side of main line track. Mr. Tiberti is becoming rather impatient of the delay in the furnishing of this information as he is now holding up the construction of M s building pending receipt of top of rail elevations. He feels that this information should be furnished without further delay. As a matter of fact he intimated that he might write to Mr. Stoddard stating that M s warehouse consisting of approximately 40,000 sq. feet of floor area, was being held up for lack of this information and requested my advice as to whether he should take such action. I told him that I would prefer he did not write Mr. Stoddard and suggested that he give me an opportunity to again contact you and ascertain whether it would be possible to make a sshuorrvte y tiamned. determine the top of rail elevations within a very Mr. R. L, Adamson — Los Angeles I have explained this situation to Mr. Jenkins of the Division Survey Party several times and he has promised to run some elevations along Mr. Tiberti's property and try to work out the pi an and profile for a tract to serve him, however, Mr, Jenkins has been extremely busy with other matters and has not had time to get to it. Please advise. L. R. Maag
