Maag Las Vegas Land and Water Company 401 South Second Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Maag: At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, upon resolution duly made and passed, the President was instructed to contact Mr, Reinhardt to get his consent to allow the present employees of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to be approached by the District, with a view of continuing in their same duties and at their same salaries after the take-over by the District. President Campbell contacted Mr. Reinhardt, who gave his approval to our approach to the present employees of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. We may, therefore, make this a definite proposal to all the present employees to continue in their present positions and at their present salaries for the Las Vegas Valley Water District. Very truly yours Valley Water District HEMtmjb.
