Odessky, whose letter is attached* Odessky knows Las Vegas ?╟≤?╟≤ he knows what a big resort hotel needs for promotion ?╟≤?╟≤ he has the basic newspaper work which I feel every promotion man must have to do the job right. I know Odessky ?╟÷ have argued and differed with him on many stories and projects when he was in Las Vegas ?╟≤?╟≤ and I believe he will have the guts to stand up and protect your interests as long as he feels he is doing right for you and your hotel. I was quite surprised to see his letter among the many you sent over ?╟÷ and frankly, did not see another one in the pile that would get me stirred up enough to risk my judgment with a recommendation to you* If I hadn't seen Odessky*s letter, I was going to suggest that you keep on looking. I think Odessky would stir up the other promotion people in town to a little harder work ?╟≤?╟≤ and I believe he would do a hell of a job for you* But donft expect a "messenger boy11 type of guy *?╟≤ hefs pretty bold and aggressive ?╓¬* and you should be prepared to stand behind him in his ideas because I really think he111 make people talk and think Flamingo. And now it looks as though Ifd better get busy and come up with some new ideas of my own if Ifm going to compete with Odessky. I believe that getting a good man for your hotel will actually help the Sands and all the hotels and the town in the long run ** and Ifm flatterd you should ask me to help you make a recommendation.
