    To get the stars that draw the business into the Sands, Entratter had to start in 193d when he first worked at the French Casino la Hew Fork as assistant to producer Clifford Fisher. His affinity for making friends of the stars, future stars, the struggling performer, and stars of the business world as well, seemed to be a natural one of friendliness, understanding, and patience. Up the ladder, from the French Casino, to the Stork Club, then to the Copacabana in 1946 as part owner and producer, and finally as president and producer at the Sands, these qualities hare been rewarded.
