date of the Order until August of 1952. During the period prior to August 1952 a new rate schedule had been submitted by the Company in accordance with the Order of the Commission in I and S Docket No, 127• Rate No. 21 of that new rate schedule indicates: "1/2 ton machine, or less - $3.00 per month .Between 1/2 and 1 ton machine - 3.50 per month For each ton of capacity or fraction thereof over 1 ton - I .50 per month" The 1952 schedule for the same item now in force shows cooling water for refrigerating machines: ”1/2 ton machine, or less - $3*60 per month Between 1/2 and 1 ton machine - 4.20 per month For each ton of capacity or fraction thereof over 1 ton - 1.80 per month" These rates were approved by the First Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada in I and S Docket No. 127.
