    Mr. A. 0. Ritter - Los Angeles Referring to recent sale of Warehouse Site in the South Main Street Industrial Tract, Las Vegas, Nevada, to Frank E. Soott and Joseph G. Roberts. I am attaching, for your information, plan of proposed building to be rented by Messrs. Robertson and Scott. Confirming our conversation a short time ago, Messrs. Robertson and Scott desire a 5 year, 30 day terminable lease upon adjacent parcels as indicated on the attached print as follows: 1. Par cel approximately 125 X 63 feet adjacent to Tract 5^* 2. Parcel approximately 75 x 60 feet adjacent to Tract B. The new lessees proposes to fence these areas and use them for open storage of: Roofing Asphalt, Roofing Rock, Mission Tile from the Los Angeles Territory. Fire Brick from Mexico, Mo.
