5. CLARK COUNTY COMMISSION GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARTICLE I - DEFINITIONS * 'l~*T iffll ?║ ?╟ú?╟ú I A. The term Commission wherever used in the specifications, including all parts thereof, "mjeans the Clark County Commission, and where contract speaks of approval by the Commission, such approval means action by the Clark County Commission or the duly authorized representative or representatives thereof. B. The term CONTRACTOR means the individual, partnership, or corporation under- taking the execution of the construction and installation, maintenance, and ser- vice of general advertising under the terms of the Agreement. C. The term AIRPORT means MeCarran Field, Las Vegas, Nevada. D. The term AGREEMENT, sometimes referred to as CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and covering the construction and installation, maintenance, and service of general advertising at McCarran Field, shall consist of approved drawings and specifications, and all modifications, which, including the document designated as AGREEMENT, will together make up and constitute AGREEMENT or CONTRACT DOCUMENTS between the Commission and the successful bidder. E. The term IMPROVEMENTS wherever used in the specifications means those improve- ments constructed, located and installed pursuant to the Agreement by the Con- tractor whether or not affixed to the premises and to be maintained and serviced by the Contractor. F. The term TERMINAL BUILDING means the New Passenger Terminal Building and Loading Piers at the Airport. ARTICLE II - PREMISES A. GENERAL ADVERTISING PREMISES The general advertising premises are as delineated on the drawings attached hereto, and by reference made a part hereof. B. INGRESS AND EGRESS The Contractor, his agents and servants, patrons and invitees, his suppliers of service and furnishers of materials, shall, subject to ordinances, rules and regu- lations having application at the Airport, have the right of ingress to and egress from the demised premises over and across public roadways serving the New Public Passenger Terminal Building and within said Terminal Building. ARTICLE III - SCOPE OF AGREEMENT Contractor shall construct and install and thereafter shall maintain and service advertising in the New Public Passenger Terminal Building. Construction and installation shall be by the Contractor and without cost to the Commission except as hereinafter designated.
