Cory Refer to Mr. Reinhardt’s letter to Mr. Thomas A. Campbell, dated November 30, 1954, and my memo to you dated December 22, 1954, relative to relocation of section monuments along the north line of Railroad property in south half of Sections 29 and 30 at Las Vegas, Nevada. letter of November 30, which is dated December 22, 1954, and which was signed in Mr. Campbell's absence by Mr. G, William Coulthard as Vice President for L a s Vegas Valley Water District. Mr. Goulthard's letter states as follows; "With reference to your letter of November 30, 1954, relative to location of the north line of the Railroad Company property, the District is agreeable to the procedure as outlined in your letter and will proceed accordingly•" When I was in Las Vegas last Friday, I inquired of Mr. Renshaw, Mgr. and Engineer for the District, what action had been taken in this matter, and it developed that Mr. Kenmir, Chief Engineer for Mr. James M. Mont­gomery, Consulting Engineer for the District, under whose direction the monuments will be relocated, had not re­ceived a copy of Mr. Coulthard's letter authorizing the work. time, was shown a copy of Mr. Goulthard's letter, and I was assured by both M r . Renshaw and Mr. Kenmir that the work of relocating the monuments would proceed without further delay as outlined in Mr. Reinhardt's letter of November 30, 1954. Mr. Reinhardt requested that I follow this matter up and see it is expedited, which will be done. We are in receipt of an answer to Mr. Reinhardt's /s/ G.
