M, Cory Please refer to your letter of August 26, 1953 file 733^ requesting that I personnally deliver to Mr. David Zenoff original copy of Mr. Johnson's letter dated August 26th, addressed to David Zenoff together with Lessee's counterpart of fully executed Lease “N^L.D. 2?Q? and that I arrange for posting of Non-Responsibility Notice on property leased to Ideal Supply Company, Inc., covering site in Bonanza Hoad, Industrial District, Las Vegas, Nevada, 1. Original copy of letter to Mr. Zenoff and fully executed Lease “N^'L.D. 2?0? were personally delivered by me to Mr. Zenoff on August 27, 1953 at 3:20 P.M. 2. Original copy of Notice of Mon-Responsibility w&s executed by Mr. A. Bybee, Assistant Superintendent, and was posted on the Lease personally by hi® on August 2?, 1953 at 3:^5 P.M. 3. Affidavit covering the posting of Notice of Mon-Responsibility was signed by Mr. A. Sybee and notorized on August 27, 1953 at b:15 P.M. A. Duplicate original of Notice of Non-Responsibility and original of Affidavit was filed with the Oounty Recorders office August 27, 1953 at A:22 P.M. Your letter states that after recording the duplicate original of Notice of Mon-Responsibility and the original of the Affidavit, they should be returned to you for further handling. I a® advised by the County Recorder that in accordance with Nevada Laws these documents must be filed instead of being recorded and that copies will not be returned to parties requesting such filing. In accordance with the request contained in the last paragraph of your latter, I ass sending you herewith, one copy of completed Notice of Mon-Responsibility and one copy of Affidavit made by Mr. Bybee together-with your receipt for a Lease to Ideal Supply Company which is signed by Mr. David Zenoff, Attorney for Ideal Supply Company, Inc.. Mr. Zenoff advises that he will later furnish you a receipt from the Ideal Supply Company. I &m also sending you a receipt from the office of County Recorder, Clark County Nevada for 60$, which is the fee for filing above mentioned Notice of Non-Responsibility which was numbered #A12A32.
