C, Ritter - Los Angeles Las Vegas - May 1, 1952 R 128 Referring to our conversation several weeks ago oonoerning assignment of lease In the West Bonanza Tract, Las Vegas, by Dave Wolzlnger, doing business as Western Metal Baling Compnay, to Main Auto Parts & Metal, Inc*t Attached Is letter from Western Metal Baling Company advising that as of June 1, 1951, its interest in the lease as assigned to Main Auto Parts & Metals, Inc*. Mr. Brlckner of the Auto Parts Company requests an assignment of the lease and also lease on the adjolnihg parcel west of the parcel presently occupied under the assignment. Confirming our recent conversation, I have advised Mr. Brlckner w© are willing to lease him an additional 100* parcel abutting his present site on the west under the same terms and conditions. As I understand the present lease expires May 31# 1952, I suggest it be allowed to expire and new lease for the enlarged area be prepared with Main Auto Parts & Metals, Inc., a Nevada Corporation with principal place of business at 317 North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, effective June 1, 1952. If you concur, will you please arrange for appropriate agreement. During 1951 the lessees made following shipments from the site: Leasee Western Metal Baling Co, To So, Gal.
