    Above-Earth Metal Needs Told Her e ?╟úThe scrap iron and steSl processor of today presents sim- ply a vitally needed above * ground source for minerals ana materials,?╟Ñ said a leading steel authority when he arrived in Las Vegas for meetings of the Institute of Scrap Iron and Steel Harry S. Marley, institute president, is in Las Vegas for a number of meetings with the western region of the national organization set for this week in the Sands Hotel. GROUP MEETINGS will be held during the week with a series of major gatherings slated for the weekend. Marley will serve as one of the speakers as will Theodore I Osmundson Jr., of the Ameri- ca^ Society of Landscape Ar- chitects. According to the conference chairman, Mack Cottier of Los Angeles, much of this year?╟╓s discussion will be aimed at cooperation among members and governmental agencies in eliminating unsightly caches of ! scrap metal from the American vision along highways as well as in city areas. | ?╟úACTUALLY, THE scrap and steel processor has not been the real violator,?╟Ñ Cottier.saiu ?╟úIn fact most persons are aware that the major problem lies in i the automobile wrecker and the [used parts dealer.
