deliver a certified statement of the gross receipts of the presentation upon completion of the presentation, and our representative shall have the right to examine and make ex- tracts from your box office records relating to the gross receipts of this engagement only. You agree to pay all local, state and federal amusement taxes and to indemnify and hold us harmless with respect thereto. 4. You agree to furnish, at your own expense, all that is necessary for the proper presentation of the enter- tainment presentation hereunder and any rehearsals: (a) All labor, including stage hands, light- ing and electricians necessary for the proper presenta- tion of the performance. (b) All public utilities of whatsoever nature consisting of a public address svstem with at least two (2) stand microphones and one (1) hand microphone in proper working condition satisfactory to Mr. Skelton or our representative, and at least six (6) standard trooper spot lights in proper working condition satisfactory to Mr. Skelton or our representative. (c) A completely adequate orchestra of at least ten (10) musicians, who shall be the best obtainable, in- cluding a director. Said orchestra and director shall be available for rehearsal, together with all lighting and sound facilities, if required by Mr. Skelton or our repre- sentative. (d) Any and all other expenses of whatsoever nature in connection with the presentation of the show, including musical performance rights licenses, it being your and our intent that you shall pay the entire cost of presenting the show to be presented on the date desig- nated, and you shall indemnify us and hold us harmless from all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys* fees, in connection therewith. (e) One (1) or more acts in the show, in addi- tion to the performance of Mr. Skelton, all of which shall be subject to our prior approval, and the combined running time of such other act or acts shall be at least one (1) hour and twenty (20) minutes during the show. 2
