    Addendum To Cast Contract dated 4/14/97 4. The general appearance rules shall be adhered to. This appearance code is illustrative only, and not exhaustive. Management has the sole right to determine whether appearance articles which may not be described herein are not in the best interests of the company. Violation of this appearance code, or refusal to comply with it, may result in disciplinary action. EXHIBIT C RULES OF CONDUCT 1. Knowingly making false statements or material omissions on Personnel or other company records. 2. Failure to have employee ID. badge in possession at all times while at work. Employees claiming to have forgotten their badge twice in a 90 day period may be sent home to get the badge. 3. Knowingly clocking or causing to clock another employee's time in or out. No employee shall permit another employee to clock their time in or out. 4. Excessive absenteeism or habitual tardiness in reporting to work or returning from breaks. 5. Failure to report to work as scheduled without prior authorization and/or sufficient excuse. 6. Creating or contributing to unsanitary, hazardous, or poor housekeeping conditions. 7. Possessing or using weapons, explosives, recording devices or cameras on the Tropicana's premises without prior written authorization from Management. 8. Refusal or failure to properly follow instruction or perform work as assigned or countermanding supervisor's orders without prior authorization. 9. Stealing or failing to report an act or plan of dishonesty whether knowledge of such act or plan is obtained directly or indirectly. 10. Engaging in horseplay, scuffling or otherwise causing disturbance on the Tropicana's premises. 11. Leaving assigned work areas or entering unauthorized areas at any time without prior permission. 12. Threatening, intimidating, coercing or interfering with other employees, guests or patrons. 13. Posting, removing or defacing any matter on bulletin boards or company property without prior written authorization from the Director of Employee Development or the Director of Labor Relations. 14. Possessing or removing from the premises any Tropicana hotel property or property of another employee, guest or patron without an approved property clearance slip or other written permission acceptable by Management. 15. Willfully or negligently misusing, destroying or damaging any Tropicana hotel property, or the property of another employee, guest or patron. 16. Employees may gamble at the Tropicana in accordance with the employee gambling policy. Check with your supervisor for your eligibility and limitations. 17. Fighting or the use of physical force against another person except for self-defense or in the line of duty. 18. Drinking or possessing intoxicating beverages on the Tropicana's premises while on duty. 19. Possessing, using, buying or selling of controlled substances on the Tropicana's premises. 20. Reporting for work while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or use of illegal drugs at any time. Any refusal to consent to a drug/alcohol test will result in termination. 21. Sleeping, dozing or napping on the job during working hours. 22. Failure to cooperate with, or identify yourself at the request of, any identified management official or security staff representative, or at the request of a guest or patron. (Your first name, last name and employee number are required.) 23. Leaving the Tropicana's premises during assigned working hours without the prior permission of your Department Head or as authorized by applicable collective bargaining agreement. 24. Off duty conduct that materially and adversely affects job performance or brings discredit upon the Tropicana hotel. 25. Soliciting, procuring or engaging in any immoral act on the Tropicana's premises. 26. The posting, distribution or circulation of any written materials in working areas or the unauthorized selling of anything on the Tropicana's premises without the prior written authorization of the Director of Labor Relations.
