I agree.Omaha - June 27, 1942 199 Mr. Frank Strong: While Mr. Wipprecht is writing you more fully on the matter of water rates, Las Vegas, your letter June 10th, I think I should take exception to your proposal to perpetuate vacancy allowances established many years ago, which vacancies no longer exist.
