CLARK COUNTY COMMISSION BID PROPOSAL for the ADVERTISING DISPLAYS at McCARRAN FIELD, LAS VEGAS, NEVADA To Clark County Commission: The undersigned hereby offers to enter into an agreement with the Clark County Commission for the construction and installation, maintenance and service of advertising displays at Me Carran Field, Las Vegas, Nevada, in the areas specified and subject to the terms and conditions as set forth in the specifications for AGREEMENT TO CONSTRUCT, INSTALL, MAIN- TAIN AND SERVICE ADVERTISING DISPLAYS AT McCARRAN FIELD, LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, AND TO FURNISH CERTAIN EQUIPMENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, SUCH specifications including as parts thereof the following: 1. Notice of call for bids. 2. Instruction to bidders. 3. General terms and conditions. 4.
