Possible afternoon meeting in Emerald Room. Principals will advise regarding coffee service during meeting intermissions in Emerald Room mornings and afternoons for four day period. Unistrut Products Company will be responsible for room charges and all meals of their personnel starting Mionday afternoon, April 18, extending through breakfast Friday morning, April 22. Guests will sign various food checks with name, room number and words "Unistrut Products". Please add 15% gratuity. There will be dinner show requirements and we will be informed of this upon their arrival. Guests are responsible for incidental room charges such as telephone calls cleaning, etc. These charges are to be paid when they check out. Charges as indicated above are to be directed to: Mir. F.
