Las Vegas R 2 - August 26, 1953 Referring to your recent telephone request that I secure some information with regard to a public hearing to be held on August 2?, 1953 in the matter of rezoning certain property lying between Palamino Lane on the South, Pinto Lane on the North, Desert Lane on the West and Union Paclfio property on East, Las Vegas, Nevada, in location as shown in blue color on attached sketch which was copied from drawing in Planning Commissions' folder on this project. I am also attaching copy of the Planning Commissions official notice of public hearing which gives the official location of the property for which rezoning is being sought. I talked to Mr. Hoyt, Director of Planning, and he advised that the persons requesting the rezoning are named A. Bulygo and Mr. Harry Y&vener, who desire to establish an area in which they could conduct a warehouse type of operation. I am sorry that I did not furnish this information sooner. L. R.
