For sixty exciting minutes, the well-dressed ladies, not at all chorusy-girl looking, were in their glory as the beauty panorama played to them ?╟÷ for they were honored guests at the opening of ; t "Ziegfeld Follies of 1954" ?╟÷?╟÷ the first time the famous name had been se.en on a marquee in 20 years. Producer Jack Entratter, who secured the rights to the famous shows last year in the last business transaction made by Lee Shubert, gave the old girl-'n-tune filled productions a modern twist ?╟÷ using Frank Sinatra in original lyrics and choreography^ and dressing 21 beautiful modem Ziegfeld Girls in gowns and furs that would even make Flo proud, were he alive today to see it all.
