June 18, 1954 Soil First National Bank of Nevada U s Vegas, Nevada Gentlemen; Please refer to ay letter to you of June IS, 1954, enclosing original Escrow instructions dated June 21, 1954, executed by the Sellers for the transfer of the Las Vegas water system to the Lae Vegas Valley water Platriot, and also enclosing all of the executed conveyance documents. I am enclosing three originals of Amendment to Escrow Instructions which have been executed by the Sellers, and which provide for the reduction in the Preliminary Purchase Price of $18,633.79, and other amendments required thereby. You will notice that the Amendment to the Escrow Instructions is to be effective only if the transfer of the Las Vegas water system is made and the Preliminary Purchase Price is paid on July 1, 1954. I am sending a copy of this letter and the enclosed Amendment to Escrow instructions to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, and to Its attorneys, with the request that the Dis­trict promptly execute the three originals of Amendment to Escrow instructions which are handed you herewith as well as the original Escrow instructions dated June 21, 1954. When the District has executed the .Amendment to Escrow instructions, will you transmit to the District and to me fully executed originals thereof, retaining one original for your guidance.
