Bennett - Los Angeles Will you please prepare usual form of construction agreement with Longley Construction Company, kZl West Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, Nevada, to cover the furnishing of all labor, tools and equipment, and to construct approximately 1,020 if*of 6# cast iron water main to serve Block 11 and southerly portion of Block 10, Ladd's Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, in location described as follows: Commencing at a connection with existing 6* cast iron water main in alley parallel to and immediately south of Fremont Street at the center of alley extending southerly between 13th Street and l&th Street, thence southerly in alley between 13th Street and 14th Street, & distance of approximately 1,020 LF, to a connection with existing 6 * cast iron water main located in alley between 13th Street and l^th Street between Brldger Avenue and Lewis Avenue. Consideration $2,280 Other Usual Conditions? Bond |2,280 Provisions for Workmen*s Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance as well as Contractor's Contractual Liability and Property Damage Insurance and Contractor's Liability and Property Damage Insurance, should be in accordance with Mr. 0.
