Water rates shall be dife and payable on m h first day of each month for water furnished dur­ing the previous month. 2. If said water rates are not paid by the 15t- h day of the month in which they become due, they shall become delinquent and a charge of twenty-fi ve cents ($.25) shall thereupon be added to such bill. Notice of such delinquency will-be given to the consumer personally or by mail, -and if the amount of such water rates together with the delinquent charge is not.paid within five days*from ‘the date of such personal notice, or wjthin five days from the d ate of mailing- such notice, the Company will dis­continue the service to such,delinquent consumer until said amount is paid, together with the sum of $1.00' for re-connecting its service. * 3. Where two or more services supply the same premises or consumer, each will be rated as separate service. 1 4. Where two or .more classes of consumers are served by one service, each class will be'separately rated. 5> Water rates or charges will be charged for alto services, whether the premises are occupied or not, until service shall be, in writing, ordered discontinued. 6. Water rates and charges shall-be charged against the premises served. 7. When service is discontinued pursuant to Rules 2 and -5, it will not he re-established until a written order from the owner is received by the Company and all delinquent charges paid, or unless the occupant will deposit with the Company the minimum monthly yyater rate or charge for such,serv­ice, as security for the payment of all water charges that may become due. 8. The Water Company may shut, off water, without notice for the purpose of making repairs or extensions. 9. All service pipes, extending from mains to inside of the property line,, with proper cutoff, shall be installed and- maintained by and at the expense of the Water Company.. h 10. The, Company may charge Eight arid 50-100 Dollars ($8.50) for each tapping of water mains,, tn be paid by the owner or consumer ordering the same. 11. Flat monely rates for any service not therein specifically rated! shall toe fixed by .-special con­tract, subject to the approval of the Public Service Commission. 12.
