I agree.ENTERTAINMENT COMMITTEE *********************** DUTIES: OPERATION: 1. Compile and disseminate information on the shows playing at each of the hotels. 2. Cooperate with each of the hotels having a desk in the Convention Center for making show reservations. 3. Compile and disseminate information on tours and sightseeing in the Las Vegas area. 4. Assist the Special Activities Committee as required with the special events planned during the World Congress. Facilities will be provided in the Convention Center, to the left of the main entrance to the building, for eleven Las Vegas hotels to have a representative on duty during the following periods to make show reservations for persons attending the World Congress. MONDAY - APRIL 13 TUESDAY - APRIL 14 WEDNESDAY - APRIL 15 THURSDAY - APRIL 16 FRIDAY - APRIL 17 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Information, including brochures, schedules, rate cards, etc., on tours and sightseeing should be obtained by the ENTERTAINMENT COMMITTEE and provided to the Information Committee for dissemination and distribution at the Information Desk. The Chairman of the ENTERTAINMENT COMMITTEE should use ROOM 8 in the Convention Center as his point of contact with his committeemen.
