I agree.m - 3 - To take eare of the requirements of the Clark Ranch and the Stewart interests, a cement pipe line is to be laid from a connection into the 16-inch main at Stewart and Main Streets to point of delivery at the Ranch, a branch being taken off to meet the Stewart requirements. The location and size of this line cannot be determined until the survey information is available. Greene*s report and my letter above mentioned, I would suggest that the matter of the Cutting acreage be indefinitely postponed as I understand from Mr. Bracken that the people owning this land are asking an unreasonable price. I suggest, however, that efforts be continued to obtain the southeast quarter of Section 31, known as the Pike acreage, if this land can be obtained at a reasonable figure. With respect to purchase of the additional acreage recommended in Mr cc - Mr. W. M. Jeffers Mr. W. R. Bracken
