A CSUN fee, approved by the Board of Regents, not less than five percent (5%) of the per credit fee, shall be collected for each undergraduate student of UNLV taking seven (six) credits or more. Article VI Legislative Branch 5. c. The Senate by a majority vote, shall be empowered to: appoint or disapprove nominees of the Executive Board and for Editors In Chief.
