Bennett Law Department Union Pacific Railroad Company 422 West Sixth Street Los Angeles 14, California Dear Mr. Bennett: Your June 8, 1953 letter advising that you were sending under separate cover three complete conformed copies of the Agreement dated June 1, 1953, arrived in Mr. Campbell's absence. Copies of the letter have been furnished Mr. Spencer L. Butterfield, Vice Presi­dent, who is now taking Mr. Campbell's place. Copies have also been sent to Mr. G. William Coulthard and Mr. James Montgomery. As of this date the three complete conformed copies of the Agreement have not been received, although the 15 additional copies of the Agreement without the maps attached thereto have been received. Your letter stated that 15 uncolored prints of Exhibits “A", "D", and "H“ were also being sent. On checking, I found that Exhibits "B", "B-1", "C", "E", / "E-l", "E-2", "E-3", "F", "F-l '', "G", and "I” were attached. There were no uncolored prints of Exhibits "A", "D", and "H" as indicated.
