Police barricades will extend length of street on white line. c. Rope barriers set up from Theatre entrance slanting towards parking meters on curb. To be set up at 7 PM. d. Young Electric to have 6 searchlights in position designated by 7 PM. e. Hank Henry in Variety darker costume, on 24" platform in front of boxoffice, with PA system. f. Music from picture playing over loudspeaker, set up at 6 PM. g. Caravan moves down from Sands on Strip, to Fifth and Bridger, turns left to 4th, turns right on 4th for rendezvous, stretching nearly to Fremont. h. Car$ then separately and at designated intervals turn up into Fremont Street with police guidance and roll up to theatre front slowly, i. Hank Henry introduces each arrival over PA, brings star up on platform so crowd can see. j. Cars leave as soon as star debarks from each. k. Inside theatre, Hank brings up Cyd Charisse and Dan Dailey for introduction onstage. PA system set up here. l. Hank introduces stars in their seats. m. Hank brings on Mayor Baker. n. Mayor Baker brings on Joe Pasternak and makes presentation. o. Movie at 8:30 PM. p. Transportation waiting at 10:15 PM outside theatre. 9. Cocktail Party in Garden Room: a. Set up for 10:30 PM.
