SCREEN E 1V3 S Inc. TELEVISION SUBSIDIARY OF COLUMBIA PICTURES CORP. OFFICE OF THE VICE PRESIDENT September 20, 1957 Mr. Jack Entratter Sands Hotel Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Jack: Thanks for signing the TV agreement in connection with the Sands Hotel. In answer to the questions you posed, I will take them in the order in siilch you listed them: (1) What hotels in Las Vegas are now participating in this promotion on a signed contract basis, such as the enclosed? The following hotels are participants: A1 Parvin declined for The Flamingo for reasons which, frankly, I don?╟╓t understand. The Tropicanna backed away as I understand it when Monte Proser sought to produce the show and was turned down by the sponsor. (2) What kind of credits or promotions will each hotel participating receive, audio-wise and video-wise? The method of the final form of credits or promotions as well as their Integrated use in the program depends to a major extent on the completion of the script which Is now in course of preparation. It is intended, however, to have an opening montage showing the participating hotels and including, of course, their names, and credits will be both video and audio. (3) I believe it would be to everybody?╟╓s advantage to Include promotion people from each of the hotels participating, in your production talks before each program and would like confirmation of that privilege in writing.
