I enclose detail of charge® to this Work Order, which you will note amounts to $5890.63. Under the terms of the agreement, 0A-1Q417, of October 30, 1947, subdividers advanced the estimated cost, #6770.00. The actual cost, as shown In detail attached, plus 10^ for overhead and supervision would bring the total to #6479*69, leering them a refund of #290.31 for which we attach Form I83, Work Order was started December 9, 1947, and completed January 27, 1948, and followed lines of print attached to Work Order, Service lumber® 98OO are assigned to this refund agreement.
