LAS VEGAS LAID AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Dominguez Estate Co. I-U80 The following Authority for Expenditure Request approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: A. F. E. No. 2, Work Order 37, issued March 30, 1967 to acquire approximately 309.42 acres of land in the vicinity of Mile Post 18, Long Beach Cut-Off, located on both sides of San Pedro Branch, being part of Blocks D, E and F, in Dominguez Colony, Sub-division of Rancho San Pedro, required to provide land for future development of industrial sites at this location. Acquisition was assented to by the Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee on March 30, 1967. Total estimated expenditure $ 8,724,306.00 Estimated cost of additional property chargeable to Land and Public Improvements, Long Beach, California $ 8,724,306.00 Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of the President in approving the aforementioned A. F.E. Request is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Adopted
