Needs 4 rooms for next Thursday 9/24 arrival: Andy Clyde (star) single Bob Altman (director) single Stevens-Sidman (prod.) double Roosendahl-asst. (tech) double 2. On Friday, at 9 AM, a crew of 18 will arrive for shooting. Crew will need 2 meals, and will fly back at 6:15 PM. 3. Scenes at Sands: a) entrance and driveway b) section of pool area 4. Other Las Vegas scenes to prepare: a) Clyde and burro downtown Fremont street, 5. Stevens asked for safe place to store camera equipment. I suggested leaving it locked in truck which will come up Thursday nite, park it near wall where guard is on duty (between Churchill and Arlington). 6. Stevens asked me to clear with city police on downtown shooting. Will discuss this further on Thursday when they come in for production meeting. 7. I suggested crew wear badges for faster feeding, more cooperation here and downtown. Stevens OK?╟╓d. 8.
