G# Riegner Ro I* Robinson Ro Ho Schmelzer Here is a brief round-up of current status of the TWA-Las Vegas- Chicago program gleaned from a meeting between the TM group concerned with this program and A1 Freeman representing the Las Vegas Resort Operators in Chicago October 13: 1. Newspaper layout and copy have been approved by all concerned and Wll\brak in Chioa6?? the week of November 3. The decision has been reached to extend the program to Milwaukee and newspaper advertising m that market in the amount of $850 has been approved* 2*. Layout on the window display in the Chicago CTO was approved without change.^ Arrangements for delivery of the 101,000 silver dollars was reviewed and O.K.?╟╓d. Brink?╟╓s will deliver $100,000 to our CTO about eleven^o'clock Monday morning, October 18. It will be placed m the TWA window and remain there from October 18 to 22. Two Brink?╟╓s guards will stand guard inside the TWA office on a round- the-clo ck basis. 3. For publicity purposes, three mules loaded with sacks to simulate money will precede the Brink's truck in the trip from the bank to the CTO. 4. $1,000 will be delivered to the airport for use in publicity shots Monday morning. 5. Abe Schiller, of the Flamingo, Gene Murphy, of the Desert Inn, two girls and possibly an additional man, will arrive in Chicago Monday and will devote themselves to activating the program with radio and TV appearances, visiting clubs, travel agencies, etc., etc. They will be Las Vegas-costumed*
