We are planning this event for approxi= mately 1500 people, and would greatly appreciate any of the above mentioned items"to supply a portion of the anticipated crowd. We are also contacting several of the other hotels in the Las Vegas area. "Las Vegas" night is scheduled for January 27; therefore, we ask that you consider our petition and reply as soon as possible. Just prior to the event, it is our intention to circulate pam- phlets among the faculty and students which will duly recognize our generous donors.
