I know how anxious you are to get this straightened out, and I must admit that I am not at all happy with the way it is going. I wanted to be sure that you knew that, on the 18th, Internal Revenue again asked for some further information regarding the matter of the royalties. Also they request that some changes be made in your charter in order that it conform with their regulations. The sooner you get this information back, the sooner I can get at them again, so if you could let me know when it is sent in, I would appreciate it.
