Dear Sim­ile plying to your favor of April 15th with reference to unsold lots in Townsite, I 'peg to advice you that as per ray former letters I submitted the sale of lots to you entirely upon your approval. While you speak of me not showing the price list sent to me, no one forwarded the lots wanted, I told them that the original price was as per the list you sent me, hut all lots sold were absolutely subject to your price and approval. And I hope you will kindly let me know at f^tsrear early convenience as to the price on the lots which people have spoken for, so that I may advise them accordingly. that during the course of our conversation here I told him that Mr. Peter Buol had offered me check in payment for lots which he selected, but not knowing the price, of if the lots could be sold or not, I refused has seen the same, but in making the sale to parties for whom I have In reference to this matter Mr. Whittemore can explain to you the same.
