I agree.IAS VEGAS MED AID WATER COMPANY Leasing land adjoining reserroir and spring Los Angeles, May 28, 1910. Mr. W. R. Bracken, Agent; Las Vegas. Dear Sir:- Referring to your letter of May 16th on the subject of lease of property at the spring: Last Fall, the time Mr.Sanford desired to lease the land surrounding the reserroir and spring, I referred the matter to Mr.Tilton for his opinion, and hare recently received advice from him that Mr.Shanahan, Division Engineer, reports that practically all the ground on the West side of the spring and reservoir sloped toward the creek and for this reason it would not be prudent to fence it in for pasture. I have however, referred your letter of May 16th to Mr.Tilton to see if he still is of the same opinion* Yours truly oo* Mr.E.G.Tilton Vice President & Auditor.
