TMs portion of C lark Avenue is situate between Wardie Addition and C lark's Las Vegas Townsite and there is no reco rd of a d e­dication to the City of Las Vegas. The records of the County R e ­corder of C lark County, Nevada revea l that this portion of C lark Avenue remains vested in the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. How ever, it is the opinion of our counsel that the right of way for street has been established by usage. Line crossing Bonanza V illa ge T ra ct as shown on your map West of V irgin ia C ity Avenue and South of M ills Street. This property is vested in the Las Vegas Grammar School D istrict No. 12. ifl 3. 4. Line crossing between the South line of Amended P la t of Noblitt Addition (Blocks 6, 7 and 8) and the North line of Moss T ra ct No. 3. The recorded plat of Moss T ra ct No. 3 contains a dedication of the South 27. 5 feet of Ogden Avenue and the balance of said Avenue has not been dedicated nor is there a recorded easement to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. The strip in question remains vested in M . P . L . Corporation, a C alifornia Corporation. Line crossing the E asterly one-half ( f ) of Eleventh Street from the E a sterly extension of Bonita Street in Southridge T ra ct No. 5. There ? has been no dedication of this half of Eleventh Street nor does the r e - \J corded easement from Southridge Development Company to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company recorded Novem ber 29, 1951 as Docu­ment No. 377919, cover this portion of the water lin e.
