362 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Regional Planning Commission recommends that the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas approve and adopt said further Amended Master Plan after holding a public hearing as prescribed by law and certify their action on the certified copy of said map; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that certified copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, the Board of City Commissioners of the City of North Las Vegas, and the Board of Commissioners of the County of Clark. /s/ R. HEARING ON AMENDMENT This being the time set for the hearing on the amendment to the Land Use Ordinance, and there TO LAND USE ORDINANCE being no one present to protest the adoption of the amendment to the land Use Ordinance, Commissioner Moore moved that the amendment be adopted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Baskin and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Whipple. At this time Mr. P. C. Johnson and Mr. Andrew Johnson appeared before the Board relative to the zoning of their property at 2212 Ash Street. They were referred to Mr. Singrey, Secretary of the Planning Commission. W. Cragin with the following members present: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore; City Attorney C. Norman Cornwall and Chief Deputy City Clerk Betty Funston. Absent: Commissioner Whipple, City Manager J. M. Murphy and City Clerk Shirley Ballinger.
