Maag - Los Angeles Please refer to your letter of May 28, 1954 to Mr. Stoddard transmitting documents listed in paragraphs Cl) to (7 ), relating to sale of Las Vegas water system to Das Vegas Valley Mater District. Mr. Bates has furnished statement of market values of the various easement parcels described in paragraphs K-l to K-5 and K-7 to K-l4 of Sec. 1 of the Sale Agreement dated June 1, 1953 and of the small parcel of land described in paragraph L of Sec. 1 of that Agreement, totaling #72,114.00. I suggest that this amount be adopted as consideration to be received by LA&SL-UP RRC0S. for the easements and the conveyance in fee as follows: 1) Easement areas covered in paragraph 3 of your letter to be granted by Deed Audit No. 5352 #71,769.00 2) Parcel of land covered in paragraph 6 of your letter to be conveyed by Deed Audit No,.
