PU RCELL D IRECTO R Las Vegas Land and Water Company 422 West Sixth Street Los Angeles 14, California Attention: Mr. W. H. Johnson, ____________ Secretary________ Gentlemen: Your letter of October 31, addressed to State of California, Department of Agriculture, has /. been referred to this Division for reply. Very truly yours, EDWARD HYATT, STATE ENGINEER
