They will order from our regular menu and individual checks are to be made. REMARKS: Master account to be set up in the name of the Portugese Bend Club. Room revenue and the cost of the cocktail party only to be charged to this account. Mr. Smith has authorized bellmen to add $1.00 per person to the individual accounts for baggage handling.
